Convert Session from Mac to Windows (col50 file)
Hello,
I work on both Macintosh and Windows. I'd like to convert a Capture One Session file (.col50) from Macintosh to Windows. Is this possible somehow?
Currently when I copy a complete session folder, Windows Capture One says that the .col50 file is not readable and when I want to create a new session, it says the folders already exist.
It would help me if I could convert a session from Mac to PC.
Thanks a lot!

A session file is not cross platform compatible. The workaround however is fairly simple.
After you transferred your session to the other system (Win > Mac or Mac > Win), delete the *.col50 file in that session. Next, create a session with the same name in that (parent folder) location. CO6 will let alone all folders and their contents like your images and adjustments, but will create a session file which is compatible with the platform it runs on.0 -
Perfect, thanks a lot! 0
