Export Variants: setting of export ICC Profile does not work
Just installed CO 11.01 and have serious problems in setting the ICC Profile to sRGB.
Default is some Canon iP1100/iP1800 (highlighted in orange!) which does create a very soft output files.
Managed it once to set it to Adobe RGB (highlighted in white) but a few moments after that CO11 crashes and restarts with the Canon iP1100/... setting!
Sorry this is not acceptable and I do regret having ugraded from 10 to 11.
How can I set it to sRGB?

It's not entirely clear what you mean when you say that you can't set it to sRGB.
I assume that you are choosing Export Variants... not Export Originals.... Then in the export dialog box, in the Recipe section, do you get a drop down list for ICC profile in the Basic tab? If so what does it show? Mine shows
- Embed camera profile
- Adobe RGB
- sRGB profile (this one is ticked).
Also there is an option saying Show all (which I have not selected, but if I do I get a long list of profiles - I set it back to Show recommended).
Do you see that list? Are you saying that sRGB profile does not appear on it?

The Canon profile is a Printer profile and will usually be related to a specific output medium - "paper" of some sort typically.
How much of the Output Processing concept do you understand at the moment?
It's not difficult once you are familiar with the basics but to describe it in detail in writing can be time consuming and knowing where one might be able to start in order to avoid wasting time on stuff you know would be useful.
Also which version of the Operating System you are running.
If you are familiar with Output Processing from V10 but you are seeing something very different in V11 then something in the set up is likely not right.
Are you using "Process" or one of the Export modes?
Have you changed anything else on your system recently?

Thanks for your suggestions and sorry for my limited English knowledge.
Operating system is i7 4770 PC with Windows 10 and 24 GB RAM installed. System was not changed recently. Windows update is st to automatic.
Living in Switzerland, I have installed the German language version. Ev. there may be a language problem and I should install CO 11 in English.
Unfortunately I do not see the ICC drop down list in the recipe menue.
The Canon Printer as an orange lighted default is there. Furthermore the knob Basis (Basisdaten in German) is also in orage letters.
If I try to change the ICC profile in CO version 11.01 the program goes in an undefined mode or on a second tryal it crashes.
In version 10 I used the Camera Profile setting in the export recipe.

Finally re-installation solved the problem.
