They killed my V6 activation.

Anyone else have this problem? I tested out C1V7 until it expired but still did not purchase it. So everything is fine for a couple of weeks but now this morning my purchased and legitimate V6 will no longer run. Apparently they deactivated my key. Even with a manual activation it gives the message "invalid key" Geese all that work tied up in proprietary file formats that I can't access now. What a great way to treat customers.

What to do? Take a deep breath, and open a support case. Only Phase One support can see what happens at their side and can solve this quickly for you.

Or help yourself: login to the Phase One main web site, go to your account details and choose license management. You can view the status of your license, deactivate any activations and activate Capture One again from the program.0 -

Manual Activation isn't a possibility with anything other than Capture One 3.
My guess is that something changed on your system. When you try to reactivate Capture One 6, what is the error that you receive? Please be specific.0
