Tiger and C1 3.7

C1 3.7 works fine on G4 laptop, but totally freezes on my G5 Imacs. I have Tiger installed on all 3 of my machines,but when I open the app. on the G5s
it shows 2 windows pasted on top of one another and the overlay window.
All the functions are locked,there is no tool bar,and it has a \"release capture\" sufix on the image.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

  This is an unusual case and we are working on another that is similar.
  
  Can you pull a console log file and upload it with your case, please? Console is located at Mac HD/Applications/Utilities. Console writes messages regarding the system and application as they occur. If you recreate the problem, then go to File > Open Console Log if we are lucky it may report some information at the bottom of the file.
  
  I will try to find as much as info as I can. Do not rule out the possibility that you might have a problem with the OS. It cannot hurt to boot from your OS X install CD and run Disk Utility > Repair permissions and also verify the Hard Drive.
