The spot has a limit of 100, yes.

Thank you for your speedy reply.

Please can you look to increase this in the future? Not sure why there is a limit..

Is frustrating...never had that with Aperture.

Would appreciate it, that you might look into this for the future.

    Many thanks,

    Konrad

I don't know if this work, haven't tried it, but what about creating a new layer and use the spot-tool again?
Or maybe 100 spots is max, layers or not...

I sometimes use a heal layer for spot removal or similar cosmetic work on small areas. Once I defined the source to target vector I brush over all the spots within the image which needs healing. Sometimes I have a second healing layer with a different vector, as needed.

    Cheers

The limit is there because the adjustment is very demanding on the CPU, thus making the application too slow.

We are also looking at ways to increase performance of Capture One, Spot Removal included.

The Spot Removal tool is not a local adjustments, so the 100 values is a global limit.
