Problem activating Capture One 10.1.1 with new harddisk

    You should be able to manage your activations by logging in to your Account at Phase One.

    If you did not de-activate before changing your disc and upgrading I would guess that the records do not match what you are now trying to do.

    If you cannot sort it out by managing your activations create a Support Case and get official assistance would be my advice.
