Select by Filename List Issue?

Ask client to copy and paste exact filename into email body in a list. Copy exact list to the to the box and select by line. Doesn't work. Try with and without filename extensions. Doesn't work. Try just the the digit number in the filename. Doesn't work. Is it bugged?

files are named "2016.10.28_JOBNAME_XXX"

What am I missing?
