Licensing issue

I use both Iview MediaPro and Capture One together. When I start Capture One on its own I have no problems at all, however when I start it from Iview as a helper application it starts in Trial Mode. I have purchased and installed licenses for both of these products.

Please could somebody shed some light on this.
