Please help me (login and profiles)
I'm sorry to have to write here for this kind of help but it seems like contacting PhaseOne is extremely difficult.
I am an owner of LE version. I wanted to login to my account in order to change the email (which is soon going to be discontinued) and to see how can I upgrade to version 4, which I know is a free upgrade.
The problem is that I had to face a Catch 22 situation.
1) I tried to log in but could not find the password.
2) So I asked for the password to be sent to me.
3) The email arrived, and I tried to login with the password.
4) Now it accepts email and password but it says I need to enter the pincode. The pincode was contained in the original registration email (that I do not have available, else I would have obviously also been able to recover my original password without having to ask for it to be re-sent)
5) it says click to ask for password to obtain pincode. I do
6) another email arrives with the password again, but no pincode.
7) OK, time to contact Phase One and ask them to kindly give me the pincode, I go to contact page
8 ) on contact page, there is no contact address given for technical support, only a button to click, that says that in order to obtain technical support, I need to login.
So to recap, my problem is that I can not log in, but in order to obtain support for my log in problem, I need to log in. 🙄
So what I did was to create another account, but this one of course does not give me access to my order history, so could anyone please help me now to either:
- recover access to my original account, or
- transfer my order history onto this new account

Best guess would be to open a support case using your new login to explain the problem with the original account. 0
