Crash Reporter

I consistently get a pop up for "Capture One Crash Reporter". It asks for 'name' and 'email' as well as an explanation of the activity prior to the pop up. My response would be, "Launched the program." However, if I minimize the window, I can keep working, even batch process Fuji S5 files (a major chore for any converter).

When I've tried to submit the report, it reports back an inability to contact the server. Might this be a bug in the "reporter"?
