Color Bal Correction Wheel Bug

There is a bug in the \"Color Balance Correction Wheel\". After one implements fine aggustments with the \"Hue Bar\" (left hand bar) if one selects another image and comes back to this image you find that the \"Hue Bar\" has returned to the original position (center) reversing or disengaging any fine tuneing you may have implemented to the image with this control.
