Export Original with adjustments not working for me

Okay, what am I not doing right here? I want to essentially duplicate a RAW file with adjustments, and move the duplicate to a different folder. If I right click Export- Originals..., and select 'Include Adjustments', the file gets exported to the selected folder inside CO. I Sync the new folder and there is the image but without any adjustments. Its driving me nuts! How do I get the adjustments to show? CO11 Sony, Mac. Thanks for any help

    I think youu need to use "Import" not "Sync"

    When you export, check that you also get a CaptureOne folder, with some subfolders. In the subfolders, you should find two "sidecar" fies, with the same name as your original, but different ending. There should be a ".cop" file (capture one preview) and a ".cos" file (capture one settings).

    If these are present, you should be able to import the image file back into CaptureOne, and the importer will find the .cos and .cop files.
