File assocations

Hi all,

I'm fully aware this might be a Windows issue, but still, as this only and for the first time occurred with CO8, I wonder if any one is having the same problem. Since my update to version 8 (from 7.x), there is no file association in Windows any more for .cosessiondb files, only for .cosessiontemplate and .cocatalogtemplate files. And manually adding/altering that is not possible as selection the .exe to associate with doesn't become available in the dialog box.

  Hi,
  
  If it isn't working for you go to:
  
  Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Associations
  
  And make sure the following associations are active for CaptureOne:
  .cocatalogdb
  .cocatalogtemplate
  .col
  .col45
  .col50
  .col60
  .cosessiondb
  .cosessiontemplate
  
  And that should cover it all.
