ICC profile keeps changing

When I set my ICC profile to Nikon D800E as the default it keeps changing back to "Nikon D80 Generic" when I switch to another image or re-open C1! Very strange and very frustrating...Any suggestions?

Before I start giving suggestions, what camera raw files do you use? D80 or D800E?
