Question focus control in live view

Hi there, while tethering is there a one-click-function to open the aperture for focus control?
I work with a D810.
As Nikon users know during in-camera's live view the DOF button let you open and close the aperture quickly to control the focus area on the screen.
I wonder if this is possible during live view in CO.
