Catalog to session

I normally shoot tethered. Simple - I make a new session and all my pictures are automatically put into a Capture folder with accordingly simple Trash and Outputs folders. Each job is nicely filed as a job containing all the necessary folders. Simple.
I have just put some images into CO Pro 7 via a memory card on my desktop. Images were worked on but are in Recent Imports in Catalog Collections. Can I / how do I get all the images (shot and selections / trash) into a Session folder. Panicking a bit as I can't work out how to keep the RAW files anywhere other than in Recent Imports. I tried renaming the images in Recent Imports but its greyed out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can export images from the Catalog to a folder. You export the original files, not processed files. You can export adjustments with them. How-to:
In your catalog select the images to export. In File > Export > Originals you select a folder to export into. This can be a folder inside your an existing session folder. Check the box for exporting adjustments in the dialog.0
