Problems with Free Upgrade SE to Pro 3.7

I am currently running SE V3.6 and have tried to get my free upgrade to Pro. Having entered my details I get the message \"Product Key Too Old\".

What should I do ?

What is strange to me, is that I can lookup my status and see that I'm entitled to 2 free upgrades and despite this it says that my license is too old! I did upgrade from the LE version to SE and maybe this is the problem? I think proper testing would be good before releasing such an upgrade program. Despite that I was quite happy with the SE version and did not ask for a PRO upgrade, so I hope this will not bring me on an upgrade path that will cost me a lot more in the long run, since I'm happy with the software and do not want to change to another product. I do have ACR with Photoshop Elements 3.0 but prefer C1. So please keep us customers not asking for PRO level of pricing in mind!!

  I got a mail today telling me the problem was fixed and I should go to e-shop again. Well it was different! Now I was told that product key could not be upgraded. My history still tells me that I have 2 freed upgardes left. I have now entered a new support case to adress this problem. Although I can use version 3.7 in trial mode, it does irritate me that I can't upgrade easily as promissed and have to spend time on this.

  I am still waiting for my activation code. I bought the 5 upgrades back in July 04. Emailing tech support resulted in a reply that said the problem would be fixed by Friday AM. It's well past Friday AM and still no activation code.
  
  Oh well, I guess I have to wait longer.

  I got my product code this afternoon (Danish time) and activated the software. So all fine so far. When I activate the C1 show license information I get the following
  
  Free software updates that are left: 99
  Valid versions for this key: 1.x/ 3.5.x/3.6.x/3.7.x
  
  What is not clear to me is then what this really means. 99 free software updates sounds good, but what does it mean and is it correct? I have not entered a case on it yet, but I'm considering to do that.
