    That happened to my v10 license earlier this month. I attempted to reactive from the program, but it informed me I'd exceeded my activation limit.

    I logged on to PhaseOne's "my pages" page (a menu choice on the top of the PhaseOne page), and selected the "deactivate all licenses" from the software management page. I then activated the license from within the program.

    I haven't exceeded my limit but now have to activate each time I open C1. I submitted a case to tech support.

    did you attach a removable drive by chance?

    I did plug in a backup drive, but i do that every 2 weeks. I wonder if it's from that large windows update/patch fix?

    I have this issue when I use my SD-CARD reader ... very annoying.
    I also loose every time my layout setup! 🤬
