5D MArk II and tethered Mode - Don´t work.

I´m just playing with the trial version. Tethered mode ist not possible, i can´t get it running. I always get the message box " Can´t open the camera", somethimg like this.
Is it a misunderstanding from my side. I assume i can do a tethered shooting via USB ? Is that right ?
Do i have to to something in the menus of the camera ( 5 D Mark II) ?

Tethered shooting with the 5DmkII is not yet supported.
The current workaround is to use the Canon softare to capture the image to a folder that is 'watched' in CO4 with HotFolder support turned on.
5DMkII tethered support is anticipated in the next major update (4.7.0) which should be fairly immenant.0
