Has MP ever x'd your records?

Have any of you actually lost catalogue records? By this I mean the Media Pro creations we see in the application, thumbnails, media proxies, etc.? Or worse, have you ever lost an original asset via Media Pro? I just lost 7000 MP records.

    Untill now I was always scared to make the jump from EM to MP.
    I haven't lost catalog records in MP either with testing but there are a lot of other issues that should be resolved before i'm going to buy it.
