JXR files

I have a stash of images that were saved as JXR files. I would love to include them in my catalog, but the importer doesn't seem to read them. Does anyone know of a way to include files with a JXR extension?

  These are jpg xr files, developed by Microsoft. If I were you, I would install the program Xnview, it can read the JXR files, and than batch-convert it to tiff files, and import those in Capture One.
