browser preference

Hi, the default browser across the bottom doesn't seem to me to be the best or obvious configuration on a widescreen display. How can I change it to display vertically on the right?

  View menu, Place Browser Right or Sh+Cmd+B.
  (Already browsed through the menus by the way?)

  Thanks, I saw place tools right but didn't notice the browser option in there. Also setting up some processing "recipes" found I couldn't expand the tab to show them all and the scrolling doesn't seem to work. I guess I have no right to complain though as my hardware isn't supported.
