Select all the offending thumbnails then right click and select rotate clockwise or anti clockwise.

Thanks Paul - can I also ask do you find the program stable - it keeps crashing on my late 2012 (just out of the box) 27 inch iMac with maxed out specs and solid state drive.
    Cheers

I'm using Windows but yes there are a few bugs in it that keep making it crash and definitely need improving on stability in my opinion.

I also have this problem. This version of MediaPro seems unable to recognise the metadata from any of my 3 cameras (2 compact Canons and a Sony NEX-5R) about picture orientation. This is NOT meant to be and when this software was iView this was not a problem. Please, please, please PhaseOne can you fix this urgently.

Also LotusO - take care to use "JPEG rotate" to rotate the original, underlying image. The rotate buttons on the top right simply rotate the thumbnail.
