Problem with lens corrected output
I mostly use a Pentax K-01 in RAW mode with a Tamron 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 LD Di II zoom.
This lens isn't listed in CO Pro 7.1.6 That I am using on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Generic (Barrel) Lens correction doesn't work very well when this lens is at 18mm and following suggestions in this forum I found that using the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm F3.4-5.6 profile seems to correct the distortion very nicely.
However, when I process the file, there still appears to be distortion in the output although all other adjustments to the RAW image appear to have been made correctly.
I've tried restarting CO Pro, Using different JPEG viewers (Windows Photo Viewer and PS Elements 11), and re-starting my PC altogether. In every instance, and for every file where I use this lens correction profile, I can get the distortion fully corrected in CO Pro 7 but the jpeg output is still distorted.
Has anyone encountered this and if so was it resolved by a setting in CO Pro or do I need to raise a ticket with support?
I've put a copy of a screen dump to show the difference between CO Pro and jpeg output in Windows Photo viewer.

I suggest you raise a ticket and provide the image files. 0 -
Just in case anyone else comes across this issue, I did (with some partial suggestions from Phase One support) analyse and identify the cause of the problem myself.
The problem was caused by the existence in some folders of C1 V6 Folders that had been generated before I upgraded to V7. There was quite a long period where a new camera of mine (Pentax K-01) was not supported either in V6 or V7. During this time I had tried to use C1 against a sample of RAW folder files. In V6 I used to open folders directly rather than via a catalog (similar to sessions in V7). It was when using the product in that mode that a Capture One Folder is created as a subfolder to where the RAW files are located. This holds settings for the images rather than the catalog. When I removed one of these legacy folders (now that I use Catalogs only) from the folder structure, the problem went away. C1 was clearly making some reference to the folder despite using the catalog.
Phase One support don't understand why this should be the case and have referred it to the developers, but I have a fairly simple solution for my problem (delete the "Capture One" folder) and all is now well again.0
