Capture One 5.0.2 and Xrite ColorMunki - please HELP!
Let's see where to start?
Im using the new "Xrite ColorMunki photo" calibrating unit and the image in capture one 5.0.2 does not match with the exported TIF in photoshop CS4. In capture one details in the darker areas are lost (completely black) but in the TIF file in CS4 I still see them.
First I have to say that I was using EyeOne Display 2 colorimeter with basiccolor software to calibrate my display. I got the same problems with unmatched colors between CS4 and capture one until someone here told me to make a "MATRIX profile" in bassiccolor because capture one only supports this at the moment!
Now I switched to the new calibrating unit Xrite ColorMunki + software and I have the same problem with unmatched colors but this time I can't produce a MATRIX profile within ColorMunki. What should I do now!
thanks

Finally I solved it!!!
Seems like capture one does not work with the "version 4" profiles generated by the ColorMunki.
Therefore in the ColorMunki Software under Preferences select ICC profile "VERSION 2" calibrate your display like always and it will work! Now Photoshop CS4 and Capture One 5.0.2 is matched again 😊0
