Please allow more characters for Metadata

I have a client who wishes to specify usage in the metadata of all files, and the character limit imposed by CO7 is limiting. I know this was requested a few years ago by Brian Eaves, and I'd like to add my name to a pretty simple tweak.

  So... this is a user to user forum. The devs definitely step in here from time to time but to submit a proper feature request you'll need to create an actual support case with Phase One.
