C1PRO7.2.2 Oddity with User Collections in Catalog
Can you please let me know, if any of you could reproduce what I'm finding. I'm using Windows 8.1 PRO Update Version with C1PRO7.2.2.
1) Open C1PRO7.2.2 in Catalog workflow and in the User Collections, create an Album or Smart Album. It doesn't matter.
2) I have in my catalog "Capture" and set as the capture collection. "Selects" and set as selects collection, and a smart album called "DEFIANCE" with keyword "DEFIANCE."
3) On my end, I'm finding that if either of the albums are selected (clicked on), I cannot create a new album or whatever, unless I click some other collection, e.g."All Images" at the top "Catalog Collections" drop down.
4) Here is the thing I'm thinking this might be a bug. What if a user want to organize and create 5 or 10 albums? The person would have to click elsewhere to get away from the "User Collection" area and then make a new album. I don't this this is workflow enhancing.
5) I have no problems clicking (mousing over) the "—" to delete the currently selected album.
Can you please check and verify? I reported to P1 Tech Support with Case #144251. If you find the same thing, please log in and reference my case number for more reports to possibly fix it.
