Problems converting from RAW to anything

Hi. I downloaded a full version of Capture One LE via a coupon from SanDisk. I want to process RAW files. For some reason, the processing button is greyed out. I also noticed that I cannot start a new session. There is no option for it on the left hand side.

The SanDisk coupon distinctly says it's a full version so I'm confused.

  Hey...
  
  C1le does not work with sessions like C1Pro and C1DB do.
  
  In the destination panel... do you have destinations? is it selected?
  
  do you have pictures selected? Files needs to be selected in order to be processed.... (apple+clic the picts you wanna have processed)

  HI Susan-
  Re: greyed out buttons:
  1- confirm you have a RAW file ( usual suspect is the JPeg!!)
  2- Read the release notes and make sure your chosen version of software supports that RAW file.
  3- Make sure your software is currently activated and has not suspended past trial period. Under the LE menu - check license activation.
  Even in trial mode you should be running a FULL version of the software-we dont offer anything else!
  4. If you still have problems create a support case via our "Create a Support Case" on www.phaseone.com ( navigate to support )
  
  LE works off one default session- you can create sub "favorite folders'"within that session.
  for multiple sessions - you need the Pro version if you are a DSLR user/
