Memory problem--CO9 using 59GB??
Not really sure what is going on, but yesterday CO9 crashed on me. I looked at my activity monitor and it was using 73GB of Memory. Today, all was fine and it was consuming a more reasonable 7GB. But now, its bogged down and the activity monitor says its using 59GB of Memory (48GB of Compressed Mem).
I have 24GB of RAM installed on a recent vintage 5k iMac.
[I can't see an obvious way to upload a screen shot of the activity monitor (AM), so I am just listing the numbers].
A the bottom of the AM, it says that 16.43 of 24 GB are being used.
Other numbers:
Cached Files: 3.44GB
Swap Used: 45.9GGB
App Memory: 13.34GB
Wired: 2.41GB
Compressed: 674.9MB
Any one else had any issues with runaway memory consumption?
Thanks

I just saw (after posting above) that there is a known bug in the windows version of a memory leak associate with Canon RAW files. Since I did not note it above, I thought I should add that my catalog is comprised of Canon Raw files. If it matters, I am running El Capitan.
Thanks again,
