P30 back tethered

Hello. We shoot mainly with the H1 body and p30 back tethered. I am the digital technician and I get 3 complaints a day with the way that the Capture One handles the files coming down. I am never able to see the image as it comes down. I am unable to have one image stay up so that we can examine while the photographer is shooting. We love the back and software but really frustrated with the software in tethered mode while shooting. Are you going to address this? Please say yes. Or can you enlighten me to a work around?

  I have been told that they changed to this type of processing to improve tethered shooting speed. If you want to see an immediate preview then you will have to go back to version 3.7.3
