Ratings should not be saved form shot to shot
In the camera tab under 'next capture adjustments' when setting the 'other' drop down to 'copy from last capture' or 'copy from primary' the rating shouldn't be copied. Very bad! If I shoot off a burst of lets say 10 shots I expect me and my clients to go back, look through and and rate our favs. But to our surprise they are all already rated because the last image we shot before that sequence was already rated and being carried over. So....do I have something set wrong or does anyone else see this problem?

I agree this must just be an oversight, I don't know why anyone would need this behavior. Does anyone have a work around? This really needs to be corrected. It makes it impossible to shoot with an art director who edits during the shoot and/or a photographer who changes any settings at all, (if you use the Defaults with Style) which they all do of course. 0 -
Hear, Hear. I couldn't agree more, it's driving me bonkers! 0 -
I have just finished a 10 day shoot and I have been colour rating the best shots as I go, when I then shoot more images I get the colour rating transfered.. copy from last shot is the culprit.. Phase please fix this issue asap..
v4.6 is working well otherwise !!0 -
I agree. This is an annoying issue. Please fix asap. 0 -
I would have to say I agree with all the above comments. I would also say that it should extend to making adjustments after the shoot. When I copy adjustments from my "best" shot, the colour tag should NOT, in my opinion be, included. There is a way of manually removing the tag from the adjustments clipboard, but this is easy to forget and my argument is that tags (and ratings) should be completely separated from adjustments. 0
