Communication problems
Sorry for taking this up this problem on this forum.
I have tried to send mails to Pernille on customer service for a long time. Seems she does not answer mails,only when a new \"case\" is opened. So I made a case of my question and got a rather quick respons, thanks. Of course my \"case\" was missundestood.
Asked for a refund for the upgrade package for two PRO upgrades that I received as a compensation for my upgrade package of 5 upgrades for SE. However I never ordered this PRO upgrade package nor was I inetrested in it. The answer I received from Pernille was that I could not get a refund since I used the product for about 6 months. How could I have used the upgrade package since I not even started using the original two upgrades received when upgrading from SE to PRO?
I do not this \"case\" system makes communication easy and doupt if it will give satisfied customers.

Now I got a couple of positive answers/feedback from Phase One and it seems that I will get the requested refund for the upgrade package. It was a little bit like the ketchup bottle. Seems they got quite some work with the manual work of up/downgrading SE licenses and they apologized for that.
