Try hitting the refresh button. If that doesn't work, make sure your raw files are where you think they are. If you can't find them, try a search (will only work if you know the file name of at least one of the images).

    Hi Cindy,
Thanks for your advice but unfortunately none of your suggestions have worked. The files are definately in the folder that I am 'exploring' since they appear when you go to 'collection' then 'explore folder' but I cannot get them to open in C1, am now getting a little despondent! Is it a question of compatability? I am assuming that C1 opens CR2 files- or have I just wasted my money?
    Thanks in advance- again!

this is a bug and i was promised that it will be fixed in ver 3.6
only one way out of it is once you have chosen the folder close and reopen C1 once or twice and they all come on - wonderful

    Thanks Eric,
That didnt seem to get it either, I selected the folder in the file browser on the left of the screen then exited the program and reopened the program on up to 5 occasions and nothing- am getting to the seek money back stage now. A great disapointment from a program that I had heard great things of. There seems to be no way of contacting Phase 1 tech staff direct either. Any further suggestions would be appreciated......

    Hello Simon,
This is not a bug. Capture One LE version does not support the 1D MkII camera. LE currently support Canon 10D/300D/D60/D30, Nikon D100, D70, Pentax *istD and Olympus E1, E10, E20.

However, from version 3.6, LE and Pro will support the same cameras, including your 1D MkII. What you can do until the 20th of December when CO 3.6 Win is expected to be released is to download a trial version of Pro which handles your 1D MkII files.
