Tif files that don't export

I have several tif files from "edit with" round trips that won't export/process from a session Capture One 9.1.1. One of them appears in the batch for a fraction of a second and disappears. The others look as though they are processing (little orange clock/indicator next to the file name) but they don't appear in the output folder. The NEF files process correctly. Earlier, I exported several from another session without a problem. What can I do to fix this. I can work around it by saving them to a folder out of Photoshop, but when I am processing 80 or 100 files, some tifs, other NEFs, it slows thing down a lot.
