Jumpy Curser in 8.3 Browser

While scrolling up or down between multiple images in browser, curser will jump back to previously viewed images rather than allowing selection of desired new thumbnail. On 16GB RAM MBP Retina. Anybody experiencing similar? Grateful for any suggested fix.

  Yes, this happens to me all the time. Usually, as soon as I favourite a folder or rename an album. I can still choose other folders/ablums to view the images inside, but the selected folder/album won't become highlighted and it jumps to the last folder I renamed. Annoying, and the only way I am able to stop it is to close the session and reopen it. This problem just started in 8.3
  
  Just noticed it does it when I right click and choose sort albums and folders by name. Then the browser goes all crazy and I have to restart the session. Wish it would just keep it sorted by name. Every time, I do an import I have to do this sorting 🤬
