i need support center to help me out asap.
Since capture one 20 didn't open, I couldn't open it because I didn't know the product key after uninstalling 10 I used before. And because I don't understand English, it is a strange translation. I have to use it for work after 6 hours, but I have no idea. Do you have a support center phone number? I'm really in trouble.

I believe this is ONLY a user based forum.
To get help from Capture One support, you might start clicking the button at the top of the screen labeled "Submit a request" to get something into the Capture One support folks.

Something to try while waiting for help.
Open Mac System Preferences. Click on Users and Groups. Click on the lock on the bottom left of the screen and enter your password. Then click the + button to create a new user.
Once the new user is created log in as that new user. Try to run Capture One. Does it work?
I don't know if that will temporarily resolve your issue, but it only takes a few minutes to try.

I can now open the Capture One Catalog in the Pictures folder after discarding it all.
