How do I print custom page sizes
There was a post here with this question that never got answered. I have the same issue. I can set my custom size via print set up but C1 doesn't recognize it in the page set up. Selecting custom in the page set up list gives no way to input the custom size. So how do you do it?

Custom size for what?
The print media (assuming you are talking real printing rather than "printing" to a file)?
Or the dimensions of an image?
Or some sort of print layout functionality along the lines of a "Publisher" type of application?

Due to the fact that C1 version 13 x.x.xx does not recognize the size of the paper, as I wrote earlier: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360011504237-White-stripe-on-the-printout-?page=1#community_comment_360002943777 I also created a non-standard format in the printer because I hoped that it would print correctly, but unfortunately C1 does not recognize it as well created format, I have submitted the topic for technical support and I am waiting.

Sorry talking about paper size. I have some roll paper I sheet so yesterday I wanted to print 17 x 17 and was unable to set up the print.

In the C1 Print settings what dimensions can you set for "Cell" sizes?
Does you printer driver allow you print 17 x 17 on roll paper?
What are the pixel dimensions allowed for in your output process recipe? One option might be to produce a file at the dimensions you want (dealing there with scaling, etc.) then print the file to the printer outside C1.
With my printer's options the maximum cell size I can specify in the Print routine is controlled in part by the pixel dimensions and intended resolution and in part by page size/print area limitations imposed by the printer driver settings selected.

It stays on letter size.

Yes and 17" up to 25.5 long.

I wasn't outputting, just printing from the raw file. I definitely need to watch many videos about outputting and proofing. Until I learn more I'm using Canons Print Studio Pro plugin for PS. One dialog so no bouncing back and forth from printer dialog.

Is there any resolution to this issue?
The functionality to change paper sizes from the print interface seems quite broken.
