do not know what to do
i have been trying for days to talk to someone at capture one i am having a real bad time with the download i email and get no answer the website does not acknowledge my account i am left in limbo why can i get some one to help

Your problem has already been explained to you - your operating system, MS Vista, has not been supported for years:

Capture One will just tell you the same thing.
More generally, if you want specific help, you might try more meaningful titles for your posts than "do not know what to do" and "need help".
