This is a user forum but for customer support "Submit a request" shown top right of this page.

I found they replied pretty quick. :)

Heiner, the first thing I do when I run into something not exactly working as I expect in Capture One, is to turn off hardware acceleration processing in Preferences.

    Heiner,

wie von Kevin geschrieben, versuche es zuerst ohne HW-Beschleunigung.

Wenn das Problem bleibt, wären folgende Informationen wichtig [vermutlich auch für eine Support-Anfrage]:

    1. Welche Version von Capture One (Pro / for Sony,Fuji,Nikon or Express for xxx) und auch die Versionsnummer (aktuell 13.1.1)
    2. Welcher Windows10 Build (1809, 1903, 1909 oder 2004) und sind alle Updates installiert?
    3. Welche Grafikkarte und sind die entsprechenden Treiber aktuell?
    4. Wieviel RAM hat der PC?

Check the Windows failure log and the Window Events history.

If you are using a Anti-Virus program it may be worth disabling it on a temporary basis to see if that makes any difference to what happens. If no change for the existing installation try re-installing again with the AV off.

Also check the Capture One log files (if you are comfortable reading something from computer log files - they are not always easy to understand.)
