Capture One Pro 13.1.1.31 on Windows 7 - queue won't run
Been a user since V4. After updating to the latest V20 version, the queue will no longer run. Has something changed with the recipes or some other pre-req that I'm not seeing?
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no difference.
A clue please.

Empty the processing history in the Batch tool.

I recently upgraded to that version and I didn't have to do anything.
Try:
- Go to the Output tool tab and double check your process recipes, output folder, etc are valid.
- Go the the Batch tool tab and manually Start the queue. Also, if you there are thousands of files in the Queue or History tabs, clear them.
- I would go to \AppData\Local\CaptureOne\Batch120 to make sure there no files in the folders \active\ and \history\
- Maybe try the previous version just to see, 13.1.0: https://account.captureone.com/en/download/archive/COArchiveWin
Last resort of self remedy is total uninstall and fresh install of C1:
- Backup styles / presets etc: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002598997-How-do-I-back-up-my-styles-presets-in-case-I-need-to-update-my-OS-move-to-another-computer
- Uninstall (you can probably skip Step 1 in the instructions): https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002402377-How-to-uninstall-Capture-One

Also check the log files to see if they offer a clue.
Does the "Activities" window appear?
If not open it as a Window and try again to see what message is produced.
Are you using the Keyboard shortcut to process a single image or running a batch from the revised Output Recipe screen?
