テザー撮影ができない、カメラが認識しない
capture one 20 のトライアルを試してみているのですが
テザー撮影時にcanon5Dmark4のカメラだけが認識しません
今まではcaptureone9を使っており、
その際は繋げて撮影できていたのですが
今は ９も２０もカメラが認識しません。
手持ちのcanon6Dmark2や、他の方のcanon5Dmark4は認識するのですが
自分の持っている5Dmark4だけが認識しません。
他のPCに入っているCaptureone9に繋げてみたら、そちらのC1と問題のカメラは繋がりました。
captureone20と手持ちのcanon5Dmark4の接続だけができず
何が問題なのかわかりません。
解決策を教えていただきたいです。。。

Could be the cable or the USB port on the computer. Also make sure there is not card in the camera.
