Profile for Canon R5, R6 and RF Lenses
Hello,
I´m thinking about a system change and realize, that the Canon R5 and Canon R6 as the Lenses
RF 16-35 f2,8, RF 24-70 f 2,8 and RF 70-200 f 2,8 are not supported with their Profile in Capture one, even I´ve the lates version.
How ist the plan for the future ?
Thank you and kind regards !
Peter

I`m amazed that the R5 and R6 still aren`t supported , the R5 in particular is a pivotal camera in full frame mirrorless and despite its high cost canon can`t keep up production to meet the demand .. Phase one need to get support of these cameras sorted - err, like Yesterday !

Adam,
Do you mean in line with the day that the great and all powerful Adobe, who always seem to have early access to Canon gear, introduced support?
Just adding this note for some perspective about realistic time scales and what people are prepared to accept in terms of "support" for cameras with many new features that potentially require a significant amount of development.

The Canon R5 and R6 are now supported in build 13.1.2.35

Thanks Paul .. I`ve been checking for updates quite regularily so this is new ..
Re canon support , Canon were the first non Phase-one cameras to be suported by Capture one , at one stage, it was phase one backs and Canon only ,then Nikon were added and as time progessed, all the other makes too . I`d have thought they`d have the Gold key when it came to access to Canon gear as it always used to be a priority .

Adam,
It seems the relationship still exists, although as time passes one cannot be certain that things will not change and of course if we go back some years the balance of representation in the camera market was somewhat different and there were no special "named" versions of C1 except for the DB in-house support.
Still, if history means nothing at least it's an interesting way of announcing to the world that one has some new shiny kit to work with! ;)
