New photos are not generating a preview in Win10Pro

The photos from C1v12 are showing with no issue. Each new photo I take does not show up. I have to shut down and open for it to show up. Then take a picture, no preview, just the activity wheel working on the top center bar.  I cannot even launch my old version to work.  Hmm. I tried a reboot and it still does it.

So the result is that you never see the new image preview...It is the blurry unrecognizable image and the preview generator is running with nothing happening.
