When you look at the Lens Correction tool do you see the Profile presenting as "Generic" or "Manufacturer Profile"?

No, both have no effect.
And here in the list the lens is not listednor here

Hi Gregor,
Your lens profile request has been forwarded to the dedicated thread here.
Meanwhile, please check this article: Working with an Unlisted Lens Profile

"No, both have no effect."
What do you mean "have no effect"?
Does the lens display as Generic or Manufacturer profile?
If you read the Article referenced by Lily you will see that "Manufacturer Profile" means that Canon's own built in lens adjustments (where they feel they are necessary) are being used - just as they would be for the jpg output version of the shot and the jpg preview file embedded in the RAW file.
If you are seeing "Generic" then there is no specific correction being applied based on Manufacturer corrections and no available Capture One assessed specific adjustments either.
It i, of course, just possible that a lens is so good for purpose that lens adjustments really offer no benefit (i.e.e you don't see any changes) or that having checked a selection lenses available for the lens model the quality control lor so poor (relatively speaking) that it is impossible to create a useful and consistent set of "corrections".
This latter option seems unlikely in this case but should be mentioned as a possibility in other cases.
And of course there is also the possibility that in some cases lens correction can be applied but do not show whatever the expected results might be because the example of the lens in use has some specific issues that take its specification well outside the available range of optical correction values.
