Capture One Pro 21 upgrade
I have ordered, and am looking forward to, the Capture One Pro 21 upgrade.
As instructed on the Capture One website that one gets directed to upon ordering the upgrade, I deactivated my copy of Capture One Pro 20 in preparation for activating it under the license code for Capture One Pro 21.
Unfortunately Fastspring has not sent me the license code for Capture One Pro 21. So now I am trying to figure out how to reactivate Capture One Pro 20 but I am getting a "Could not activate because the license code is disabled." error using my Capture One Pro 20 license code.
Has any one else figured out how to get Capture One Pro 20 working again after deactivating it on a computer?

Hi Bill,
You should have a look at your spam mailing, as FastSpring send an email after the purchase of the pre-order upgrade, where you can find the new key to be used with the current version of Capture One after deactivation of the former one. You can't reactivate Capture One 20 with any other key once you have ordered and payed the upgrade to Capture One 21.

I have done so. Unfortunately it was not there.
I have put in a support request but have not yet heard back.
Given that I have to get work done today, I went ahead and bought a month's worth of subscription. That is allowing me to get things done today and I am trusting, given what has always been great support from Capture One staff, that they will refund the money I paid for that when they get to it.
But thank you for the suggestion anyway. I might well have forgotten to check the spam folder.

Go to www.captureone.com (not support.captureone.com)
Click on the person icon and Log in if necessary.
When logged in you'll see several choices. One of them is Order history. Click there.
That should take you to a page containing your order history including the keys associated with each order.

That is what I thought too.
Unfortunately there is no license code shown on that page.
