Photo Book in 2020/21

There are a bewildering amount of online companies to choose from.

I would like the best quality. This is for a personal project I've been working on for four years. Any recommendations for which photo book to explore?

Also, Saal for example, aren't that clear on how to process your Capture One images for their photo books. Do I download an ICC profile and soft proof. Is there another company that make it easier, more straightforward, while offering a great looking book?
