Guides Functionality from Enterprise to Pro

Will you please consider trickling down the better control of Guides from the Enterprise into Pro version? I would like the ability to precisely place Guides and save them as presets in Pro. I know other advanced batch functions are for enterprise use and they can remain exclusive.

Unless I overlooked something, I'm on current version of 12. I purposefully did not upgrade to 20 and at the moment on the fence about upgrading to the forthcoming version 21.

I can't precisely place guides, even with my careful steady hands. For example, in some of my compositional crops, I NEED vertical guides to be placed at EXACTLY pixel values of 1080 and 2160. There is not ALT-drag to fine tune the placement. I am almost always off by a pixel. 1081 instead of 1080 or 2159 instead of 2160.
