Redundant Captures

Is there a way to create 2 copies of a capture?

When on location I want to save a raw file in the defined capture folder, but also want to create a copy in a external drive or network share automatically.

Can this be done?

  I have not found a way of doing this in Capture One.  There is a piece of third party software I can recommend, it is called Allway Sync.  I generally use it for managing and duplicating backup files (mirroring to different locations, etc).   It does have the ability to immediately sync files on detection of change between folders and even to NAS drives (through a folder mapping).  Sync can be set as immediate or on a timed basis (every minute, 10 min, whatever you like).  From memory it is fairly inexpensive.
