i have a problem, when i start capture one i get to see all sliders are gray.

i then uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still get to see the sliders are gray, and i can't use them anymore

 

do you have a solution for that

  Try closing that flyer for Capture One 21 in the middle of the screen Danny and see if things happen then.
