Plan to support manual focus adjustment with Sony Live view + tethering for A6400

When using Live view with Sony A6400, only auto-focus is supported in C1 at the moment.

But with Sony Imaging Edge software, full manual focus adjust is possible for a selection of recent sony cameras including the A6400.

Is there any plan to support the same level of functionality directly in C1? Or is there Sony proprietary software/licensing issue preventing this to be included in C1?
